Comparative Religion: Instructor/Visiting Assistant Professor in the religious traditions of America to teach introductory undergraduate courses in Comparative Religion and transnational American Studies.
Required: PhD (for appointment as Visiting Assistant Professor), ABD (for appointment as Instructor) in Comparative Religion, American Studies, or related fields (history, literature, etc.).
Desire: Training in comparative study of religion in the context of American culture, particularly in the context of globalization and transnational studies and the experience of religious minorities in America. One-year appointment for the 2013-14 academic year.
