Guidelines for Audio-Visual Use and Requests

If you will need a projector, screen, or other A/V support for your presentation, notify Lucinda Huffaker before September 19. Requests after September 19 cannot be accommodated.

Presenters must provide their own speakers for sound. If you have access to a projector that you are able to bring for your presentation and also allow others to use during the meeting, please let us know by September 19 and you will receive a $50 discount on your conference registration (limited to the first 10 responses).

Projectors cannot be used with poster presentations.If you plan to use digital media (such as DVD) or a laptop display for your poster presentation, your presentation will need to run from your personal laptop. Presenters must provide their own speakers for sound. Internet access in Poster Session TBD; presenters should bring copies of web-based materials on a thumb drive, disc, etc. Small tables for laptop computers will be available on request. Laptops must run on battery power (or inform us if your laptop will require a power supply). In order to accommodate sufficient tables, power supply, internet access, and spacing, notify Lucinda Huffaker before September 19. Requests after September 19 cannot be accommodated.
